I believe that NOT hasn't been particularly concerned about timing based on past releases. I think too much is read into what NOT perceives to be good timing. If we want to conjecture based on NOT's history, it would seem that they might be all too happy to release good news at less than supportive times. When they do release, they don't exactly use enthusiastic language. I think their time for getting enthusiastic is on another scale that doesn't relate to much of what is going on on a regular basis.
