What they agreed to do is buy into the new PP in order to maintain their 19.9% share of KWG. Without buying in, their percentage would have fallen.

The real question however would involve NOT. Would we be happy if CLF agreed to invest $$$ to get to the 19.9% Here's today's math: 176,732,896 shares @1.80 x 19.9% would put $63,305,723 into the NOT coffers. Would we be happy with this?

Pull those asks, and let's get that price up.
