Thanks for your post, Uke, I have been wondering the same thing. I was shocked when I read the news, then bemused by the ensuing posts, some vitriolic and some laudatory.

Why is it that all this stuff is on the Noront forum and not the several others that I follow? This seems weird to me. Must be some explanation for it and more than likely not a savoury one.

I thought it was a fairly well- defined principle that when a hearing or lawsuit is pending, it is considered to be good form to hold your fire pending the actual outcome, after evidence from both sides has been weighed. I feel pushed and pulled. Not all, but enough of these posters seem to have an axe to grind rather than offering an honest opinion on this distressing matter.

Unfortunately, Noront seems to be in the hurricane's eye on this. I certainly wish it wasn't, as too many people have too much at stake in Noront and don't need this type of distraction. We need time and clarity.
