George, a man counts his blessings by the number of friends he has in times of need. When my family and I were going through some tough times in Dec 2008 you sent me a PM that was truly appreciated.

Please know that you have friends, the OSC has no choice but to respond to various allegations, it's the nature of the business that you are in. I do not know or deem to understand the allegations that you and Agoracom are facing, and I can only surmise what it is doing to you, your colleagues and families. The service that Agoracom has provided to us, the small retailer, is invaluable, especially during the Noront turmoil. Neither I nor my family makes investment decisions based on posts on Agoracom or other sites. We do our own DD and only after some intensive research do we elect to invest our $$, and , like most investments some are winners and some , well , you know what I mean. Should others elect to invest based on posted information then they do so at their own risk.

You sir, in our book fall into the category of a truly honest person trying to fill what was an enormous void in the speculative junior market. Our hope for you is that you and Agoracom will come out of this stronger than ever and continue to provide this invaluable service to the retail shareholders.
