NOT BOD knew a year ago?? (post Nemis retiremet AGM) and didn't renew its NOT agremment with AGO??,- at that time.

I wonder how NOT BOD "MAY" have known, or was it their experience talking. Investigations take time.... and we have todays OSC legal action . Looks like NOT BOD did the right thing , ...for the moment.

But retail may lose a crucial communications device at a crucial time. Hedgies will be celebrating tonight.

Lot'sa assumptions here; just thinking out loud.
