I've just spent an hour watching TVO and the ROF was discussed and debated. One of the panelists poo pooe'd the ROF as an unjustified risk and environmental disaster. Clearly the ROF players have a mojor problem south of highway 407. Janet Ecker was very supportive because of the spin off jobs related to mining in Ontario... ie on Bay Street.
