Well that's just it though isn't it? They aren't spending it in this case just inviting tax paying companies into the area and giving a break on hydro. I assume that some of these initiatives are required but like you, I'd rather see money go into something truly useful like machines putting in rail lines and stone down for roads instead of more bureaucracy.....not office space. But that's just my impatience with the big gov't machine. Another opportunity to give some white collar guys some jobs and to do some "good" for those that "need" them. It's all part of the deal as it's ever been. We do but move forward.
