My point is:

that once the FN are stocked for the summer, it could be 'game-on' for them to blockade the air strip ... demonstrate in TO or Ottawa etc. or any alternates you can imagine to get what they want.

And that is a perpetual meal ticket in the form of a "Memorandum of Understanding" that they can divide into agenda driven factions, change their minds at any time, ask for more or different stuff, or just control things they fear.

I anticipate that we will be held ransom again ... very soon ... like right after the FN freezers and pantries are full
