Insto vs. Retail. I'm sort of a contrarian on this one. I believe that the instos are less willing to bargain than any retail guy. If they are confident in mgmt then they can work together to get us one heck of a buyout price. IMO the instos are stronger hands than the retail, its obvious because if it were the other way around the retail would have the majority. But we don't, we've been slowly giving it up. Just hang on and follow the smart money.
