Just to be clear, RN & JH are nominated to the BoD and will be voted on tomorrow at their AGM. Obviously they'll get in, but just thought I'd mention that.

And if I recall, sometime during the proxy fight, when our SP was $1.50 area, I think, Windfall was priced in at a dime of the SP. I wonder how much it would be priced after today. Anyways, NOT still has the option to hold 25% of WF, should they choose to do so. Or just take the 2% net smelter. If it's me, I take the 25%, but I'd take it last week if I could. Unfortuantely, I think that NOT has to wait until June to take the option. I think. Someone here can verify this I hope.
