An offer at this moment?

I wonder how many would sell all or a large part of their shares at this time if an offer to buy out, or merely to aquire a large portion ( probably controlling), of the outstanding shares.

The offer price being 5 dollars.

Note, This is not an offer ( I'm not in that capacity not even close, lol) but a point for discussion.
