I've heard conflicting views from 2 great sources on this.

1 says the deep drills cannot turn in summer, the other says they can. I think the same goes for delivery.

This sounds like a question for the management team over the coming days at the PDAC. I'll do my best to get a firm answer in this regard and report back. It's critical for our SP for this year.

My sources were Irwin saying they can't turn, and indirectly through Wes saying they can. If I had to bet I'd say it's probably a mix of both answers and will depend on certain factors.

Where there's a will there a way. I was at the Hoover Dam this past weekend - you should see the bridge they are building across the gorge. If people can do that, they sure as hell can drill a deep hole in a bog. Not to belittle what we are doing, but all is not lost and challenges will be met with creative solutions.
