"I question the development of a product designed to entice retail investors. With such a high institutional component why do something to assist the mobile trader. How many retail walk around showing core samples to friends on their crackberries.

Release the results and forget the 'beam me up' junk. Rockaur had better models 2 years ago lol."

I've had some time to think this one over and have used a technique that we are implementing here at work related to environmental issues. It is called 'Route Cause Analysis'. It is used to drill down to the underlying causes of errors.

Using this technique I ask myself what is the underlying reason for the institutional 'string holders' to support such an apparent waste of money? The answer lays in their long term plans/exit strategy. The only way for the instos to make money is in fact to develop tools and strategies to excite and engage retail investors.

So this is what I now think. NOT will roll this product out to the existing retail base, get the feedback, watch for reaction and get ready to work with the string holders to get this stock moving so that the Instos can either sell to a 'tool happy' retail or position NOT (with a higher SP) to get swallowed up by the big fish.

The lack of a NR now makes sense to me. Roll out the fancy tools that promoters can show to the retail clients and then bring on the news to start cranking the SP up. I will be watching RSI very closely and will sell some at the right time, this time. I'd like to B/E on my FWR shares that are now still only worth 45 cents.
