Gotta love FNC. Sit on land that everyone thinks has the stuff, don't drill so you save money 'cause you're not spending it on drilling, you don't dilute as a result.... and in the end you have so few shares out there that those that own them make some serious bucks when someone comes a callin'. Even if the offer isn't particularly big, it goes a lot farther for those that have the shares. You might call it smart thinkin'.
