But, it recently almost happened, no? After the fact, reading about the "Big Meltdown" last year, it registers for me how little we really knew even after it was all explained to us.

I worked with an elderly gentleman who told me that he and his wife were in line in New York for hours, and their bank shut their doors a few people ahead of them. They had to wait five years to get their money, ALL their money. They lived the rest of their lives debt free, cash on the line, barter for all you can or don't buy. In the l970's he was considered a funny character, out of step with the times, and thought of as a paranoid.

More than us, the co's in our world must be aware how close it all came to the brink. Their caution should become our caution as well.

At present, I am like my old friend Lou, day by day, cash on the line, in and out of the market by the end of the day. And, the market seems to be doin' great. I don't care.

Except for NOT, CMM, and GNH (recent). What I have learned from NOT, is that I do not like the feeling of being out of control. Except, I tell myself, this might be the exception, the other side of the coin, the actual right reason to be in the market. So, I allow myself one pure, belief play. And, I tell myself, don't worry, it is really for your daughter...LOL.

So cheer up, NOT is up, the sun is shining today, and possibly "something" is around the corner, including Robbins.
