Morning, my Mexican friend. I will try my hand at this question. I don't think a company can buy up it's own shares, but the BoD & Mgmt can, as long as it's not a dark period. And there seems to be a lot of those. I remember someone telling me that there aren't many days in the year when they can buy as an insider purchase.

By the way, I saw Sudbury Novice's great pics from Mexico (La Yesca) on the UC forum. Fabulous. Loved the mountain settings. One day I'll have to come down there.
