the companies know what they can and can't get away with from theirs and the FN's positions. They know who the land belongs to and they are not giving away the farm or the ability to contract what ever company is expedient to deal with. Would you? They know what they have and have likely already been in talks with gov't officials which is partially why the gov't is now touting off about the ROF. I wonder which side the gov't will ultimately feel they need to push in the right direction, with perhaps a few reasonable perks. I think I have a good guess on that one. How much time will it take? Wouldn't like to try to predict that one but I've set a price below which I will hold minimal shares only should the sp go down substantially more. It's a discipline which, had it been employed a very long time ago, would have seen me a very very content man. But it sure works now.
Simply my opinions.
