I posed the exact same question last week!

I tendered my Freewest shares to Noront on Dec. 8 and have not received my shares or warrants yet! Much confusion between the Canadian custodians, the DTC, and brokerage lawyer re the terms of the "restricted" shares!

My brokerage is Vanguard. They say that the DTC lawyers are not forthcoming, and U.S. citizens have no recourse...just have to wait. It remains an unfathonable mess after 2 months! Vanguard will call me with an update next week, but their hands are tied.

This is all so unprofessional and wrong.

My computer is on its last legs! I have ordered a new one, so forgive me if I cannot post again.

Hope you, and any other U.S. citizen in this situation, have much better results than I have.
