I wonder if any one of these companies are really going to take their interests to mine. I imagine that a take out at the right price is what they want. Therefore, smart minds have to start the guggle and piecing of the jigsaw puzzle to their beneficial advantage. If they can stop trying to be "big dog", they might actually do this to entice by sheer number of resource a "big dog" to their door.

I always found it fascinating that Inco and Falconbridge could not bridge the EGO that prevented them from joining forces at the point of Voisey Bay, or later with the resulting takeout by Vale and Xstrata.

Perhaps NOT and FWR are a good lesson in what can happen if they don't form allegiance one to the other. They could be picked off one by one.

I have no predictions. But, find it an interesting next thing to start happening. Maybe.
