I think that everything around the Windfall deal will be so squeeky clean and legal because so many are watching. I have learned over the past years that the Venture is not where you attempt to build a company as a shareholder unless you can own a controling interest. Rip them as they rip you. Sad, oh so sad, Anybody want to hire an armchair CEO, just 1 million options and a little inside info and I'm yours to smile at the shareholders.
