has for us today. It would be appropriate for NOT to at least release a notice that drilling is able to resume...no lawyers or articulate wording required. The details of an agreement can follow. Given the recent sp dive and the need for progress to be evident in order to restore confidence in our situation, it would be responsible leadership.
