Well it seems they want to get money for ? or they want out of Noront for some other reason? FWR nust of had shares, is it Cliffs, or Mac, or Richard, or did somebody trading with CIBC and Genuity just want out of the markets? Most likely due to timing is they wanted consolidation with FWR and NOT and when that didn't happen they are moving on. I remember Pintree capital selling lots in the .60s, Too bad for them, many are blind to anything but their own nose.
