It is late Saturday so I am prone to speculation. Perhaps this will act as a teaser for other's opinions.
This is how I see it today:
Eagles Nest $2.50
Other Ni $0.50
Chromite $0.35
JJJ $0.10
Land Claims $0.05
---------------------
Total $3.50

Settle the native issue and we should get a return into the $2+ range.
If it also means commitment to road and rail lines to every one's satisfaction then you can immediately double the price.
