For really good news I am hoping that AT12 turns out to be similar to the Eagle deposit.
It can not be a coincidence that there are so many deposits already and it seems fair to assume that the area could be good for one or two more great ones from the bunch.

3J is also open to speculation. Remember, as with news from hole 49, they were not looking for gold, just happened to stumble upon it. History does repeat. Cheers.
