Perhaps, Don the wrong is deliberate if you are trying to achieve a temporary low share price for certain reasons.

When I think back to Diamond Fields (the period of when the .. mining giants were awakened) and I read stuff like the trouble in Labrador and the RCMP arresting two women during the demonstration. One of them was the chief's wife who was taken away in handcuffs and dragged while the chief screamed. What do you think that did to the share price? Do you not find it strange that this was Feb. 1995 and March 1995 Teck buys in 10%.? In March the price reaches an all time high.

In our case with so much institutional ownership. Where the heck are you going to get the shares?
