"We are ACTIVELY negotiating with the communities involved and are confident that a fair and equitable settlement can be reached in the near future".

This final sentence of the release leaves me somewhat puzzled. If, as I assume, Wes is speaking only for Noront which to a considerable extent has aligned itself already with the communities, what are they actively negotiating? If "we" means the ROF mining explorers as a group, how can Wes be so confident all will be resolved shortly?

This release has the gloss of a soothing announcement, rather than a precise statement of what is actually going on. I, for one, am left to wonder.
