Some of the ROF companies managed to climb to very nice sp's over the last two years but have been bashed down and held down whenever ground was gained. Could part of this be to afford lower sp's on which to base take out premiums? Are groups moving into position to lock up enough shares over time to ensure their votes, taking out company by company on the cheap? Of course not, we all know that would be collusion and therefore illegal. Is NOT involving itself in contentious issues and thereby fouling the clarity of the water through which investors view potential stocks, instead of spending time updating investors while the sp begins to decline again. Of course not, we all know NOT is doing it's best for the shareholder and they all have shares too right?
