We have this situation where NOT and Cliffs get into a bidding war over FWR. NOT ends up with 11,755,018 FWR tendered shares in response to it's offer. The total votes against the Cliffs offer ends up being 28,560,455.

Given the movement against the deal on the other board, I believe they had confirmed over 20,000,000 no votes. That would mean NOT voted yes to the Cliffs deal. A little ironic...don't you think.

This is assuming NOT could and did vote their shares....feel free to correct me if my thinking is wrong here.
