For those who invested in a junior exploration company whose assets are mainly in the RoF and whose growth potential was hopefully large but also quite speculative, the change to a relatively staid mid-size major where any contribution to the stock price from its newly-purchased RoF assets is very small is... not a Good Thing(TM), IMHO.

Investors buy speculative stocks for a reason; otherwise they'd buy Coca-cola stock.

BTW, why post this question here? There is still a FWR forum where you might get a *lot* more feedback.
