In the interview of one of the chiefs on the video that i posted yesterday the talk was about owning and managing of the camps where to employ their people.

Working on the rigs is a very hard and dangerous job where high qualified people are needed for the safety of all and any weak link in the team can becomes a life threatening situation.

I heard directly from such teams of young less experienced people slapped by chains and killed on the spot few times.

So i believe that First Nation people do not care about this type of work but they rather run the logistics at a fat price of course.
