Yeah. This very tought was my trigger to tender my FWR shares to NOT, since I'm invested in many ROF plays... 1$ for FWR ground: how many peanuts then for SPQ, KWG, UC, BMK???

And your view on NOT's motive to maybe vote against the takeover is interesting. But I would not want to be in Mac's shoes if the offer is rejected. But I think that the vote will pass, and Cliffs will be our new big neighbour, liking it or not.
