I agree 100% with that. FWR merger is a done deal, and NOT has no interest in voting against its new neighbour. NOT happenened to offer less than a buck for FWR, so what would be then purpose to vote down the 1$ proposal. Cliffs has taken seat, so be it. Welcome body, but there's a lot of work to do around here. Let's go!

(Yet, I'm still amazed that Mac and Wes have not managed to make a deal. Incredible.)
