The odds are in favour of a Cliffs aquisition but it does not hurt to hope provided one does not bet one's money on the long odds.

I happen to think that it is safer to sell FRW shares now before the vote to lock in the value and place the money on some other prospect.

If Cliffs takes over then the resultant Cliffs share price is not likely to rise much percentage wise, relative to other options.

Those other options at this moment imo are not only Noront but also due to precious metals being whacked so many PM plays look attractive.
