Too many of you are assigning God-like powers to the management, imo.
Few things are further from being so.
Management are just as much subject to the whims of the market place as you and I.
Where they have some advantage is in knowing drill results before the rest of us, excluding things that may leak out through the drill crews or assayers.
Management may and probably does withold news for a while but that is insignificant compared to what the 'Big Boys' are capable of and do on a regular basis.
Not all the people here that professized $1.50 for sp are culprits. It was fairly obvious that if the sp was going to tank that there was some support at the $1.50 level due to the last large low being there. So the actual price pick is a no brainer but that the price would actually go there is suspicious.
I suspected the sp would drop to $2 and hoped that it would to $1.80 (so I would buy more), but gave $1.50 no plausible thought based on all the positive factors associated with the company and also largely due to the markets showing signs of recovery.
Having said the above, I suspect that some 'folks', I use that label generously, having sold many if not most all the way down from the above $2 regions, now want to reload and obviously below that magical $1.68 ( probably true price from previous PP). It could just as easily be also tax loss profiteers. So not only does the sp has to be brought down but also enough scare has to be put out for sufficient shares to be let loose at the low price.
All this needs to be done Before Jan.25 ( imo) because we never know what could happen as a result of the FWR vote. If accepted, not much more gain for an FWR holder from what is present already. If rejected than an immediate slide in sp and not much time to switch onto another pony, Noront for example.
Noront's BofD are not God-like, the last news release proves that.
So I say in this regard, too much credit is given to our management and not enough to the 'Big Boys' toying with us.
