RHammer, I think you should be careful in stating that the mining industry generally deal with native issues not that well.

You should look at Falconbridge(now Xstrata) and how they dealt with the natives in the development of the Ragland mine. I think they did an excellent job and both parties work very well togehter.

I think that also Inco's dealings in Labrador has also gone pretty well, you don't hear to much complaining. Issues are different

Sure there are issue, but lately it has been mainly abroad in poor countries where people have nothing to loose and they try everything to get some benefit out of some foreign 'rich' mining companies.
