What a sad commentary on the supposed market "Regulators".

NOT's stock is consistently manipulated, and nothing is ever done to prevent the big Hedge Funds/Institutions from ravaging the retail investor. ANONYMOUS has played us unrelentingly like a scratchy violin.

Day traders love it, and big bucks are made for the government from the trades, but it is so shameful. Greed rules.

What good is your OSC?!! or the SEC in the U.S.?!

When the Big Boys want NOT's stock to go up, it will go up, and not before.
