If you make the assumption that this management team is looking out for the best interest of shareholders, then various events get you scratching your head...wondering what is going on.

On the other hand, if you make the assumption that this management team is out for themselves and their friends only; that they are all in on the timing of news and the significance of that news.....THEN.....it all starts to make sence.
