I may be wrong because am depending on my memory, which is far from perfect, of what I read in the past.
The air strip is private,located on native land and run by the natives in tandem with Noront? In other words many of the people doing day to day operations are native.
They would be protesting themselves so it does not make sense.

I remember one of you posting comments and video of a visit to the site.

Of course my impresion could be wrong. I would appreciate some clarification/refreshment, Thanks.
