This is a good deal. Perhaps this is an arm twist for an agreement to support NORONT in good faith that didn't happen, i.e. non- tendering of shares to NORONT that were expected to happen. No one would want a lawsuit in a case like this.

I could be wrong, but looks like a little clout from NOT.
