that being the biggest player in the ROF, with such resources in multi-metals, that our sp can't sustain a reasonable number to represent what NOT is worth. Even more unfathomable is the inability of a system to monitor or at least question the activities of certain entities and why they are able to "buy and sell" NOT the way they do. In short, the real reason, or at least one of them, that NOT can't sustain a decent sp is because it can't sustain healthy numbers long enough to convey any sense of it being safe to get in yet....for the legion of investors. It's just too volatile and that's the way certain entities want it to appear.
