Good evening my Friends: I have been reading cliff's public statements and wondering.

Their BOD is not made up of idots either, for them to flatly. openly, state their plans, only means to me that they are confident on securing FWR. That in turn simply means that they, and the Fwr BOD, have already made a legal arrangement that effectivly eliminates the retail vote, if it balks. Can you imagine the loss of faith and confidence with the business world and their shareholders if the deal failed now?

I wonder what the charter of Fwr looks like? Are there' special', undefined little clauses that allow the BOD to simply override the retail shareholders in some legal way?

I fee that it is a sure bet that they 'do' exist, even after sending out the notices of a shareholder vote as a pallitive.
