Thanks for your explanation K. It is interesting to note that it can likewise be used to manipulate. Frankly my take was that it was being used to keep the sp in place, not allowing the market to begin to nudge it up to where it begins to reflect it's true value. Heaven forbid NOT should be trading in a range that reflects it's potential. :)
