"We are humans we have emotion. To pretend that you are a robot is also an emotion. Do you have an anti-Fwr emotion?"
Yes we do... but we can make the choice as to how much of a part we will allow them to play. For instance, I decide to make a trade and I prepare in advance for how I will respond to what happens. I decide to be neutral and play according to my pre-defined numbers, therefore I don't get upset if it goes against me while others might get angry, curse and blame all manner of circumstances for their loss..... recognize anyone here?
"Pretend"? Do you have an anti-Sum4All emotion here? Firstly I don't pretend to be a robot or anything else for that matter. Bye the bye, pretending one is a robot is not an emotion though emotions may be what could drive a person to decide to be one.... and is actually somewhat advisable as a trader/investor. Many here have experienced that sickening feeling, revulsion, anger not to mention happiness during their experience in investing. It's a matter of degree as to whether one can survive in this endeavour with a healthy psychology or not.
As for FWR, I hope that each and every FWR investor is handsomely rewarded for their holdings of FWR shares and I hope this reward brings about much joy and satisfaction. I do not believe, however, that all will be satified with how things ultimately turn out as life seldom works this way. I do not discount that it could happen, I'm just open to it not being the case. I have no love affair with any stock presently and I'm prepared to move on if needs be. Many investors keep modifying their expectations of what will happen as previous expectations disappoint, feeding the "eternal optimist syndrome" and bringing about a relationship with a stock that may or may not be in one's best interest. I'm not advocating any particular action other than simple open awareness and the decision to act on evidence and a little less on belief. Belief always plays a role in our decisions..... just have to be careful of the difference between what is known and what is desired.
