The reality of this situation is how much someone is prepared to pay now. Ask yourself this - is $1.20 OK? 1.40, 1.60, 2.00, 3.00? My impression is that no figure will be enough for many, so how do you get your act together? Cliff has to consider it's next move which could very well be to pull out for now. I'm assuming that Clif still wants to win the war so it has to consider how to achieve that aim, with its shareholder's interests in mind. Otherwise it will be in a game of continually having to up the ante. Anyway I have to admit it's fascinating to say the least
