This type of discovery is exactly what majors look for. Do you think that Cliff is the only smart major in the world. Other majors are in the know, and probably planning and waiting for the right moment to step in. Do not kid yourself. Do you think that majors are going to sit and wait for a 43-101 and risk losing the opportunity to Cliffs.
