Vermillion, I sometimes make it back up to Sudbury. I remember back years ago a very pretty little lake set back from the road somewhere between Hanmer and Chelmsford and I don’t know why now but I always thought that that was Vermillion Lake. I used to like going trout fishing up in the north range north of Val Therese. There’s a secret to fishing trout there but I don’t want to say what it is even now because I might get back up there a few more times. I wonder if that little stream has something to do with Vermillion Lake. I spent a fair bit of time in the bush up there but I guess I’m a bit geographically challenged about it nonetheless. It’s sort of like not being able to see the forest for the trees. I remember the last time I went into the bush north of Val Therese I almost walked into an eagle’s nest. Boy did that bird kick up a racket. I finally decided to proceed in a different direction. I had a pop and a bag of chips before I went into the bush. It was the second best bag of chips I ever had. Anyway…aah...I was just kind of wondering…..aah…seeing as we have so much in common … ahh…if maybe we could visit sometime…. urrrr….perhaps when your daughter is visiting.

Forgive me. I’ve had a couple of cups of Christmas cheer.

Merry Christmas.
