Well folks, its pretty much official now....the first slice of the ROF pie has been sliced and passed to a third party (third as in non ROF major shareholding company). It's the beginning of the process that will likely engulf the entire area. The question?? Will Noront be holding other companies or will NOT in itself be bought up? I think we've had a lot of chat on this so I just want to make a comment regarding the board we have here and the reactions that have come from our company(s) action over the last few months, or for that matter years.

I personally want to thank everyone for helping me to learn one heck of a lot more about the speculative mining business whether good or bad and to help make me a more informed and better (hopefully) investor in this sector of the market. I want to thank those who took the time to answer my posts when even I sometimes wasn't saying things correctly or in the way I actually meant to say. This board has a lot of braintrust moving within it 24/7 and the braintrust grows as each of us learn more of the business we are invested in. Poster like Misfit1, QQ_Girl, Canseco, Donypee, Hoov, Glorieux...(well it just goes on) and many others here make a core of long term investors who can feel the life this company has, even with the unfortunate (and some may say fortunate) removal of Richard Nemis. I hope that 2010 brings us a much better picture of the magnitude of the finds within the NOT property bounds. I also hope to see NOT strike another node and start another flurry of activity sure to excite us all. To be fair money is important, but truly I feel the team atmosphere that this forum has brought is just as important. It forms a bond between retail investors that helps us all to grow as investors, and what we gain with Noront and/or other ROF companies will help us to gain elsewhere as well.

I for one want to thank you all for a great year of investing chat and to Stratopod and Glorieux amoungst others for a wonderful Golf Tournament that helps to keep the faces on the nicknames within the forum. Thanks to you all and I want to wish you and your loved ones a very wonderful holiday season. I for one am going to have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year knowing I have the stability one needs to invest in speculative companies and that stability is from my friends here. Please accept my wishes for a happy, healthy and very, very prosperous 2010. That warm tropical island is looking really nice right now and really Crazydik has to wake up sometime, so why not in 2010.
