At present a RRSP or RRIF can be rolled over tax free if the beneficiary is a spouse only. Upon spouse's death taxes will have to be paid. TFSA as I can ascertain at present can only be benefited to a spouse. That is my conundrum. I want my daughter "Syd the Kid" to get it.......
