Is this now a municipal airport or is there some sort of consortium. Those that helped to fund the building of this should be able to recover their costs over time. I'd expect this to be slightly different than the rules for rail outlined by Hoov. If it is municipal and we didn't contribute a dime then I would expect to pay a landing fee. That area where the chopper was would be a great place for the cargo blimps that were once discussed here. We could move a lot of Eagles before there is any rail IMO and there would be no need for any EA hearings.
