Ouch! Looks like they are trying to create so many shares that a take over of this number of shares would be frightening at any price. I think that SPQ will have to do a reverse split at some point. The SH's tried to put this off before and frankly I think this was to their detriment. Maybe the timing and logic will come together the next time so they can getter done. I don't see the point in owning a million shares at .01 when you could own 100k at .10 and look a whole lot better to the industry. I would not want to buy into that kind of dilution... but that's just me. I know there are other arguments people can come up with, but notice the NOT BOD stated they didn't want to dilute shareholder value any further regarding the FWR buy. I think others have not managed their biz end as well. SPQ has some good land and mineral but how does one get past the dilution..... yes it's the market cap that counts.... I can hear people say. So what is SPQs market cap?
